About This Lava 20 Mariseal Waterproofing Job
A single-storey flat-roofed building at the back of a house in Blanchardstown, where the old felt roof had cracked and lifted. We stripped the felt off and opened the roof up to its joists.
We laid a new OSB deck, taped every board joint, then rolled the Mariseal 250 liquid membrane system across the roof and down over its edges. The building now has a seamless grey roof with no joints for water to get into.
