About This Felt Roofs Job
A single-storey rear extension on a terraced house in Ballyfermot. The old felt roof had been patched again and again, so we stripped the felt and the deck under it back to the joists.
With insulation between the joists, we laid a new SterlingOSB Zero deck and torched on new felt in overlapping rolls, run up against the wall of the house. The extension now has one continuous felt roof in place of the patchwork.
